Our tarts come in 3 sizes, as in "Goldilocks & the 3 Bears", large, medium and individual. They can also be special ordered in larger sizes. They are made with either a frangipane (almond paste) cream or pastry cream, and are change seasonally. Our lemon tart is available until July, when we offer Key Lime Tart in its place. Also in the summer, we offer a wide variety of berry tarts, as well, which you can view by clicking on the "Summer Tart" button. We are constantly experimenting to improve and discover new delights.
